Two years ago my husband was laid off from his job and two weeks later I found out I was pregnant with our first child. We were excited but of course money was a concern. While pregnant I started Hand Made Digital Memories, a company that takes your photographs and creates a personalized photo montage/movie. To help promote the company I also started this blog. Unfortunately, being a new mother I did put the blog off to the side. Then I went back to work and had even less time! As I became more comfortable in my role of new mother and full time employee, I would occasionally go back and post.
For 2011, I have made it a priority for the blog to become more of a focus. This blog covers a variety of things, including our "Recession Renovation" projects (Did I mention that while my husband lost his job and I found out I was pregnant we also were in the middle of renovating our house)? The blog follows my life as a full time working mother and everything that happens along the way.
