Super Mom, Super Wife, Super Employee...not so super in shape.
Yes, I am a first time Mom, full time worker, wife, and starting a side business of digital slideshows (digital scrapbooks). What I don't seem to have time for is working out! The baby weight is not melting away on its own. I know I need to make the time to workout but when? I am up at 5 am with the baby (no way am I waking up earlier than that). Any suggestions...help...anyone....?
